Resepi: Egg Sandwich


Ingredients:
Wholemeal bread
Lettuce
Tomato
Butter
Eggs
Mayonnaise

Method:
  1. To make the scrambled eggs, heat up butter on frying pan. Break eggs.
  2. Stir until eggs slightly hardened. Off the heat.
  3. Stir in some mayonnaise into the scrambled eggs.
  4. Spread some butter on bread.
  5. Then, sandwich the scrambled eggs, tomato slices and lettuce in between bread as usual.

Not only it is filling but also delicious and should be able to let you stay full until lunch time. But, what is more important.. it is a pretty well-balanced diet menu.. especially when you are sharing with me in the office.. heh.. heh..
